WCSS member companies must sign an EQUIPMENT LEASE AGREEMENT prior to use whether in a standby, training or emergency situation. In the event of an emergency, equipment will not be withheld, though the company that has requested the equipment will be held accountable for the requirements outlined in the agreement.
